Pallet Flow Racks
Let Gravity Do the Work

Let Gravity Do the Work
Pallet flow racking systems are versatile storage systems that use a combination of elevated rails and dynamic components like wheels and rollers within a supported structure. Flow racking systems use gravity to move pallet racks on tracks for systematic unloading. Pallets are loaded on the high end from one aisle of the rolling track and move towards the other end where they can be unloaded from another aisle, creating first in/first out stock rotation (FIFO).Â
Pallet racking systems are versatile but must be properly engineered. Because every warehouse is different, we offer a variety of new and used pallet racking systems, including very deep systems that can hold up to 20 pallets deep. We also provide system components like wheels, rails, brakes, and more to customize your design. The design engineers at Naumann/Hobbs are experts at understanding and developing all the different design variables to provide a successful and safe gravity flow pallet rack system for your warehouse.
